Medical Diagnosis by Remote Viewing

They have always existed — those rare individuals who could ascertain a medical condition without touching the body of the person concerned. Shamans, wise women, the village healer and more recently the ‘sleeping prophet’ Edgar Cayce and the entire new-ish field of medical intuitives.
Now comes news that the NHS, the National Health Service, in Great Britain is trialing the use of RV (remote viewing) as a valid means of assisting in medical diagnosis.
Remote viewing became a part of the mass consciousness when it was revealed that the United States intelligence community had been using highly trained groups of psychically gifted people to spy on the activities of other nations during the Cold War period. These types of psychic spying activities have supposedly been disbanded now, but training seminars in RV are now marketed to everyday men and women for a variety of reasons including how to get rich quickly by picking the correct lottery number or winning racehorse or to simply spy on your family or business competitors and know what they are up to.
I have a strong personal interest in RV and I found it quite heartening to read that the British citizens’ nationalized medical organization is experimenting with this method for medical purposes.
Can Psychics Be Good For Your Health by Lucy Pinney states that, Up to six remote viewers at a time are involved in a single case. They are not given any information about the patient – whose consent must be sought – other than a case number.
“One of our most impressive cases was that of a patient with bad migraines,” says Usher. “He’d been for a CAT scan, which was clear. However, the data from remote viewers showed a head with a lot of darkness, and something circular at the back of it. When we gave him an MRI scan, it turned out he had a benign brain tumour.”
Fascinating AND encouraging!

I remember many new-age groups back in the late 60s through 70s such as Silva Mind Control, early EST, Mind Dynamics (or was it psychodynamics) and others whose names escape me that were teaching pop versions of RV to the masses as part of their seminars. Ethical issues aside, it was really quite easy to develop a modest ability to remotely read the physical condition of someone. We are all literally so connected to each other on so many levels that sometimes sometimes experiencing that connectedness is just a matter of letting go of our everyday-mind notions of separation.

Delete the second “sometimes” (it’s been a long day).

I’m a dogged sceptic on this one. I guess I’ve seen too many TV shows where they correctly “guess” the ex-athlete has arthritis or the elderly man has problems with his water works. Really!

Your skepticism is just FINE, Kate. But what you need to remember is that in contrast to a television show, these are trained specialists who focus on a medical approach — NOT an entertainment-for-the-masses approach.
